Alma R. Cottrell Obituary (Age 85) Ruth was born in San Antonio, TX on August 25, 1925 to Benjamin and Amanda Wakefield. In 1945 she married Lyle Cottrell Sr. She is survived by her son Jerry Cottrell, daughter Janet Cottrell and her sister Marlene Horvath as well as numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Lyle Cottrell Sr. and son Lyle Cottrell Jr. A graveside service will be held at 11:00AM on Saturday, January 22, 2011 at Greenwood Memorial Terrace, 211 N.
