Arnold L. Schumann Obituary Arnold was born on September 10, 1926 in Colby, WI to Fred and Anna Schumann. He passed away at Sacred Heart Medical Center on June 13, 2012. Arnold served his country in the U.S. Navy from 1944-1946. After leaving the Navy Arnold became a Lineman, which he did until his retirement. On September 17, 1949 he married Lola Evenstad. They resided in Ritzville from 1959-1987. In 1987 they moved to the Lake Roosevelt area. Arnold loved hunting and fishing. He was an active member of the Christ Lutheran Church at Egypt, WA, as well as a volunteer at the fish pens at Lake Roosevelt. Arnold was preceded in death by his wife Lola Schumann; daughter Nancy Christsen and his son-in-law Dick Christsen. He is survived by his son Ritchie (Carmen) Schumann of Ritzville and his grandson Tim Christsen of Imbler, OR. At Arnold's request no services will be held. Memorial contributions may be made to Christ Lutheran Church, 41697 SR 25 N., Davenport, WA 99122.
