Bonita M. (Anderson, Beasley) Bateman Obituary (Age 50) Our mother's brave six month fight with lung cancer ended at home on January 1, 2010. She was born and raised in Spokane, WA and graduated from Joseph Jantsch High School in 1977. Bonita is survived by her sweetheart, Rodger Barber, her four children; April Larson (Karl), Matthew Beasley, Stephanie Beasley and Elizebeth Bateman, all of Spokane. She also had four grandchildren. Bonita is also survived by one brother, Fred Anderson, and four sisters, Penny Jo Beasley, Sharon Lawson, Teri Harler (Richmond, VA), and Wendy Sue Anderson. She also had many nieces and nephews. Bonita was preceded in death by her parents, Lloyd and Betty L. Anderson, her two previous husbands, David Beasley in 1993 and Michael Bateman in 2003, as well as a grandson in 1994. Thank you to Cancer Care for helping our mom fight the best she could. She loved us deeply and we miss her very much. A memorial service will be held at 11:00AM on January 9, 2010 at Heritage Funeral Home.
