Edgar Wayne Stanley, Jr. Obituary STANLEY, Edgar Wayne Jr. (Age 64) Edgar was born January 21, 1946 in Cascade, OR to Edgar W. Stanley Sr. and Glenna Mae Probsp. He graduated from Wahtonka High School in The Dalles, OR in 1965; he then attended two years at Blue Mountain College and one year at Astoria College. In 1968 Edgar joined the Navy where he worked as a Marine Mechanic. He was honorably discharged in 1971. He received the National Defense Service Medal, Vietnam Service Medal with one Bronze Star. After the Navy, Edgar worked as a security guard at the Umatilla Army Depot. Edgar lived in the Nine Mile Falls area for the last six years with his significant other Katherine Walborn, she and Edgar loved to go fishing together. He is preceded in death by his father Edgar Wayne Stanley Sr., and survived by his significant other of 16 years Katherine Walborn, mother Glenna Mae Stanley, brother Donald R. Stanley, and daughters Nicole and Amber Stanley.
