Elsie V. McCauley Obituary (Age 94) Elsie passed away on May 7, 2014 in Spokane. She was born in Coventry, England on December 11, 1919 to Frank and Joyce Porter. She was a volunteer with the Head Start program for over 30 years and enjoyed the children so much. She was preceded in death by her husband Norman and her daughter Judy. She is survived by her son Alan, daughter Joyce, two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, May 15, 2014 at 10:00AM at Heritage Funeral Home.
