Ewing "Ed" Page Obituary (Age 79) Loving father and devoted husband went to be with his Lord on February 13, 2013 with his loving family by his side. Ed was born on June 11, 1933 in Tompkinsville, KY to Grover and Ruby Page. He served in the United States Air Force from 1952 to 1972. He met the love of his life Olevia in Chandler, AZ. They were married on March 11, 1960. Ed was stationed in Japan, Germany, Thailand and numerous places throughout the USA. After retirement, he sold Real Estate in Spokane for 16 years. During that time he earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business in 1979, followed by a Master's Degree. Ed enjoyed hunting, fishing, wood cutting, reading and listening to jazz music. He was a member of the Northside Church of Christ. A special thank you to the staff of Providence Senior Family Home for their love and care to Ed the past seven months. Ed is survived by his wife of 52 years, Olevia; daughters, Karen (Mark) Richardson and Terri Page-Freeman; grandchildren, Taylor (Dave) Powell, Kaitlyn Richardson and Cameron Page; great-granddaughter, Makenzie Powell all from Spokane, WA., sisters, Shirley Herron of Indiana and Drucilla Bunnell of Florida; and numerous nieces and nephews. Ed is preceded in death by his parents, Grover Page and Ruby Bowling, four brothers and four sisters. A Memorial Service with full military honors will be held at 11:00am on Wednesday, April 17, 2013 at the Northside Church of Christ, 5601 N. Jefferson St., Spokane, WA 99205. Interment will be held at 3:00pm in the Committal Shelter at the Washington State Veterans Cemetery, Medical Lake, WA. Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association , 910 W 5th Ave, Suite 256, Spokane, WA 99204.
