Jessy Jacob And Keneth Tyler Biotti Obituary Jessy (Age 10 Months) and Keneth (Age 8 Months) Born November 17, 2008 at Sacred Heart Hospital, Keneth passed away August 8, 2009 and Jessy passed away October 3, 2009. The boys are survived by their parents Catherine and Jon Biotti; grandparents Jeff and Madonna Richards; as well as several other family members. We loved them both and they will always be in everyone's hearts that they touched. A Memorial Service will be held Friday, October 9, 2009 at 1:00 PM at Medical Lake Baptist Church, 864 S. Graham Lane, Medical Lake, WA. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations of new baby blankets or toys be made to the Pediatric Care Unit of Sacred Heart Medical Center.
