Kenneth W. Wright Obituary Our beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother and uncle passed away on September 21, 2012, at the age of 68. Ken was born to Gentry and Margaret Wright on April 10, 1944 in Salt Lake City, UT. He married Janice (Jan) Tonge on January 25, 1969. He is survived by his wife, Jan; two sons, Wayne (Ruth) and Jeff (Renee'); two grandsons, and two granddaughters; sisters, Joyce Patterson (George) and Pat Denney; his brother, Lynn Wright; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Beverly Rhoades; and his brother, Paul Wright. Ken served in the U.S. Navy from 1964-1968. He graduated from Walla Walla Community College and worked at WSU Pullman as well as Olympia, WA. Ken enjoyed woodworking, painting, fishing, and camping. His gentle spirit, kindness, quiet smile, and willingness to help others touched all who knew him. A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00AM on Saturday, September 29, 2012 at Fowler United Methodist Church, 3928 N. Howard St, Spokane WA. Memorial contributions may be made to Parkinson's Resource Center, 910 W. 5th Ave, Ste. 256, Spokane, WA 99204.
