Kenneth Waters Obituary (Age 85) Passed away October 8, 2013. He served 21 years in the U.S. Navy as an electronics technician. He was a 63 year member of the Masonic Lodge in Clinton, MA, a member of the Shriners and served as a Shrine Clown; a member of the Eastern Star in Cheney, WA and Rathdrum, ID and attended Hamblen Park Presbyterian Church. Ken is survived by a daughter Kathy; three grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; three brothers David, Russell and Bob Waters; numerous nieces and nephews; a special friend Ann Wilkinson. Memorial Service Tuesday, October 22, 2013 at 4:00PM at Hamblen Park Presbyterian Church, 4102 S. Crestline St., Spokane.
