Ronald Eugene Avey Obituary (Age 85) Ronald was born April 23, 1929 in Leavenworth, WA to Violet and Clifford Avey. He passed away July 19, 2014 in Spokane Valley. Ronald served in the Army from 1946 to 1949, he went to Spokane Community College and in May 1971 he married Betty E. Lemley, they were members of Christ Lutheran church. Ronald is preceded in death by his wife, two brothers Clifford and David, sister Virginia and son Collin Geiter. He is survived by sons Gary Geiter of Spokane, Rick Geiter of Corpus Christi, TX; daughter Cathy Geiter; grandson Colin Geiter of Airway Heights; granddaughters Leanna Geiter of Puyallup and Deanna Geiter of Marysville. A Graveside Service will be held Saturday, July 26, 2014 at 1:00 pm at Greenwood Memorial Terrace. � To plant a beautiful memorial tree in memory of Ronald, please visit our Tree Store.
