Rose Mary Beck Obituary (Age 79) Rose Mary Beck went home to Jesus on October 9, 2015. She was born on a farm in Indiana on March 22, 1936. She had four siblings--Kenny, Eddie, Dee and Carolyn. Although their mother passed away early, their father, Clarence Popejoy, remarried to Lesta, who brought joy and motherly affection to the family again. As a beautiful young lady, Rose moved to Seattle and fell in love with Thomas Beck. They married and were blessed with three children--Sheryl, Thomas Jr. and Don. They moved to Wenatchee, then to Spokane, and eventually settled in Spangle. Rose is preceded in death by both parents, Kenny, Eddie, Dee and Thomas Beck, Sr. A private service will be held on October 15, 2015. The family would like to thank all the friends and caregivers at Good Samaritan Village. Rose enjoyed gardening and canning. She loved cats. She also loved good-natured jokes and always had a twinkle in her eyes.
