Ruby Ellen O'Connor Obituary (Age 61) Ruby passed away on November 12, 2015 in Spokane, WA. She was born and raised in Spokane, WA on February 21, 1954 to William and Flossie Kenney. She was a mother of 5 children with 9 grandchildren, one great-grandchild and 12 siblings. Ruby was preceded in death by her daughter Cassie Judd, two sisters and two brothers. A graveside service will be held on Friday, November 20, 2015 at 11 am at Chewelah Memorial Park, East of Hwy 395 on Indian Ridge Rd before Chewelah.
