Ruth was born in Port Angeles, WA on August 9, 1945 to Robert and Dorothy Nelson and passed away in Spokane, WA. She was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, daughter and friend who spent her life caring for others. She was a member of the Unity Church of Truth for 25 years. Ruth is survived by her sisters Pat Paulsen of White Salmon, Bobbi Walsh of Dundee, OR, and Nancy Weare of Inarajan, Guam; daughters Stephanie Houston (Paul Ribbing) of Reno, NV, and Allison Houston (Neil Paupst) of Spokane, WA, as well as her granddaughter Eloisa B.H. Ribbing. She is preceded in death by her parents Robert and Dorothy. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, November 24, 2009 at 2:00 at the Unity Church of Truth, 2900 S.
