Sylvia Mae Blair Obituary Sylvia was born March 9, 1925 in Seattle, WA to William and Martha Fritts. She spent the last 63 years in Spokane, working for 19 of those years at Roto Rooter Sewer Service. Sylvia was a member of the Red Hat Society from Lilac City Retirement Community and an active member of Emmanuel Baptist Church for many years. She is survived by two daughters; Connie McMann, Trego, MT, Colleen Applington and husband David, Spokane; grand-children; Kevin McMann, Trego, MT, Chrys Libey and husband Norman, Eureka, MT, Jerome Applington and wife Margaret, Everson, WA, Jason Applington and wife Amy, Everson, WA and Brent Applington, Everson, WA; great-grand-children; Casey and Tanya, Eureka, MT, Kaitlynn, Alex, Ebony, Ian, and Andrew, Everson, WA. Memorial service will be held at Lilac Plaza Retirement Community Saturday June 20, 2009
