Virginia Mae "Jenni" (McCoy) Palmer Obituary
(Age 73)
Passed away October 5, 2011. She was born December 9, 1937 in Chesaw, Okanogan, WA to Courtney L. and Elizabeth Ellen (Dunlap) McCoy. She graduated from Republic High School. She was married to Richard Turner 1958-64, then married Robert Palmer April 5, 1980 in Spokane. She was employed for many years at Northwest Mono Roof as office manager and bookkeeper. She also owned Palmer Tax Accounting. Jenni was an accomplished artist and belonged to the Spokane Watercolor Society. She was devoted to her family, friends and pets. She and Bob enjoyed many years of traveling around the country and to Jamaica and Mexico. She loved to entertain and Christmas Eve parties were ones to look forward to. She was a beautiful, kind, loving, generous, Christian woman and was a great example to those whose lives she touched. She is survived by her husband Robert of 31 years; his children Lara (Craig) Beazer, Russell (Barbara) Palmer of Spokane and Nancy Palmer of Coeur d'Alene, ID; brother David (Patricia) McCoy of Spokane; his children David (Yvonne) McCoy II, Melloney McCoy, Scott McCoy and Amanda McCoy; granddaughters Angela (Matt) Shaw, Rachelle (Blaske) Snedaker, Kristina (Kevin) Hronek and foster grandson, Mykel; nephew Eric Weaser and many more nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews; 6 great grandchildren with another due in November. She was preceded in death by her parents, brother Courtney Lee McCoy and sisters Mary Elizabeth Anderson and Marjorie Ellen Weaser. Funeral Service 1PM Wednesday October 12, 2011 at Heritage Chapel with interment to follow at Greenwood Memorial Terrace.
