Alice Dunlap was born Alice Joy Valitchka on November 26, 1933 and left this life on March 9, 2025 at the age of 91 in Spokane, Washington.

Alice was born and raised in Bend, Oregon along with her older brother, Roland.  Alice learned to play the piano in grade school.  This interest grew and became a passion for the rest of her life.  She was a church organist and pianist. Alice was predeceased by her mother and father, Edward and Gertrude Valitchka, her brother, Roland Valitchka, and her husband, Lloyd Dunlap.  Alice is survived by her four children; Michael (Valerie) Dunlap, Julie (Mike) Lyon, Laurie (Scott) Hink, and Christina (Dennis) Reed.  Grandchildren include Alicia Dunlap, Janessa (Mark) Fallquist, Misty Lyon (Elijah Nutter), Lacey (Josh) Gross, Shelby Lyon , Anna Hink, Kaylin Hink, Marcus Hink and Colten Reed.  Great grandchildren include Wyatt, Tess, Texas, Reef, Riley, Aubrey, Ava, Chloe, and Scarlett.
