Alicia Ponce-Myers "Angell" Obituary (Age 15) Passed away in the late afternoon of Saturday, July 19, 2014 on Spokane's South Hill after a three year battle with childhood cancer. She was born on Christmas day in 1998 in Wenatchee, WA. Her parents are Brooke and Daniel Angell of Spokane, WA. Alicia was diagnosed with an aggressive form of leukemia on July 5, 2011. She had a laugh that was infectious and a smile that brightened the room all around her. She is survived by her parents Brooke and Daniel Angell of Spokane; her sisters Eva and Samara Ponce-Myers of Spokane, Stella Meier of Arlington, WA; uncle and aunt David Standley and Danya Spring of Tonasket, WA, aunts Gail Myers and Barbara Myers of Wenatchee, WA; grandparents Dave and Josephine Standley of Tonasket, WA and grandfather Franklin Myers of Walla Walla, WA, as well as numerous family members and friends. She is preceded in death by her great-grandfather Gene Standley, great-grandparents Corky and Elizabeth Ann Crowell, and uncle Donald Andrews.
