Allen Lee Johnson Obituary (Age 60) Allen passed away on May 9, 2016 in Spokane, WA. He was born on December 19, 1955 in Spokane, WA to William and Wanda Johnson. He graduated from North Central High School in 1974 and from Spokane Community College in 1976 with a degree in Natural Resources Management. He married Kathleen on September 11, 1976 in Spokane, WA. Allen served in the Military for 10 years. In the Army he was a Chemical, Biological, and Nuclear Warfare Specialist. In the Air National Guard he was a Weather Specialist. He loved flying, airplanes, outdoors, and sports. He is survived by his wife Kathleen Johnson of Spokane, WA; daughter and son-in-law April and Andy Mitchell of Cheney, WA, daughter and son-in-law Erika and Shane Scroggie of Pateros, WA, son Jason Johnson of Spokane, WA; six granddaughters; mother Wanda Johnson of St. George, UT and brother Jim Johnson of Durham, NC. Allen is preceded in death by his father William Johnson. A Graveside Service will take place at 9:00 am on Saturday, May 14, 2016 at Greenwood Memorial Terrace in Spokane, WA. A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 pm on Saturday, May 14, 2016 at Trinity Baptist Church, 6528 N Monroe, Spokane, WA. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Humane Society.
