Amanda Renee Fred was born on a windswept spring day. She was welcomed into the world by her parents, Sally Renee Rhodes and Duane Gregory Fred, on Thursday April 10, 1983, at Trinity Hospital in Minot, North Dakota.
She was an absolutely beautiful baby. Her sweet face was surrounded by soft tow colored curls and her gentle grey blue eyes were so pretty. From an early age , Panders, as she was lovingly known by her family, showed a deep sense of empathy. She was full of promise and natural talent- from running track, to her writing that displayed a sharp intelligence and understanding. She was raised in Spokane, Wa for most of her childhood and lived there the remainder of her life. She was a first generation descendant of the Lower Elwha Klallam Tribe.
Much of Amanda’s happiness and pride came from being a mother to her four precious children. They were the brightest lights in her life and her greatest legacy.
Amanda Renee passed away unexpectedly on Monday July 14, 2025 in Spokane, Wa. She was 42 years old.
