Angelo "Buck" Roma Obituary Angelo Buck Roma passed away on November 22, 2017 at home surrounded by his children and best friends. The loyalty of his family and friends spoke volumes about his life. Buck cared and connected with people far above things. He will be remembered for his generosity and keen sense of humor. Born at home in Shawmut, MT on November 4, 1935 to Sadie and James Roma, he was one of 11 children that grew up on the family ranch. He left the ranch after completing 8th grade to work local farms and eventually met Leona Delmonica Ayers. Once married, he entered a Firestone training program and learned the tire and automotive business. In 1962, Buck purchased his first business in Billings, MT, the Gorham Park Texaco. In 1968, Buck and Leona moved with their 4 children to Spokane to open a new tire store in partnership with BLM. In 1969, Buck opened his own store, Bucks Discount Tire, where he prospered until retiring and selling the business and real estate to his son. He spent retirement enjoying time on his family ranch working with his brother, spent warm winters in Las Vegas, and pursued his favorite hobby of buying and selling tractors. Buck developed a passion for old tractors during a special time spent tractor pulling, he loved rebuilding tractors and sharing his hobby with Jeff. Buck is survived by his four children, three granddaughters, and a stepdaughter. Children: Barbie Roma, Angela Alexander (Dave), Kathleen Roma (Scott Richey), and Jeff Roma (Linda Dean). Granddaughters: Cara Visintainer (James Perry), Amanda Richey (Justin Brown), and Adrian Richey (Montana Patton). Stepdaughter: Piper Roma. And his faithful dachshund companion, Brownie. Memorial services will be held at Heritage Funeral Home on Saturday, December 2 at 2:00 p.m. and
