Ann Lorene Heineman Obituary (Age 82) Ann Lorene Heineman was born in Spokane, WA on August 8, 1933 to Lovell (Bump) Blodgett and Rena Brown. She died in Spokane on August 6, 2016 at the age of 82. Ann was someone who loved and lived life. During her lifetime, she lived in France, California, Italy, and Michigan. She was a graduate of North Central High School and worked as a U.S. Customs Inspector until she retired in 2001. Ann loved to travel and visited 33 different countries. She loved new adventures and completed the New York Marathon at age 62 and went bungee jumping in Thailand at age 63. Ann was very involved in the Spokane community. She was a member of the Cluster, Hash Harriers and Book clubs. Ann loved arts and used her season tickets to attend the theatre and orchestra. Ann also loved watching sports. Ann followed the Seahawks, Mariners and was a season ticket holder for the Zags women?s basketball! Ann was always active and loved riding her bike, roller blading, racket ball and running. Ann Heineman was an incredibly, intelligent, loving person who touched the lives of many. She will always live on in our hearts. Ann is survived by her brother Dan Blodgett, daughters Susan DeLanoy, Lynda Stanhouse and Patricia Cochran, her 4 grandchildren Monica Crocker, Molly Yandell, Curtis Cochran, and Daniel Cochran and 6 great-grandchildren. Ann?s Celebration of Life will be held on August 19, 2016 from 12 noon ? 3 pm at Camp Caro Lodge, 625 S. Sargent Rd, Spokane Valley, WA 99212. The family would love for anyone who knew Ann to join them and to bring a potluck dish to share.
