Ann Marie Gering

Ann Marie Gering Obituary Daughter of William and Ida (Pardun) Pecnick, Ann was born in Spokane and graduated from Rogers High School. Ann waitressed most of her life at various restaurants in Spokane and was a buffet hostess at Northern Quest. She loved to interact with her customers and had a great following. She was pleasant and helpful to everyone, especially elderly seniors. Her smiles and laughter will be greatly missed by everyone she touched. Ann enjoyed camping and fishing adventures, played pool and cards with friends, loved going to estate sales and occasionally gambled and played slots in person and on-line. She enjoyed watching sports, i.e. the Gonzaga Basketball team, Chiefs Hockey and other pro football and hockey teams. She was very knowledgeable of the players and the stats too. Being an organ donor, Ann has given the ultimate gift of life and therefore her love lives on in others. She is survived by her father William Pecnick, and significant other Randy Bowers. It broke our hearts to lose you and in our hearts you hold a special and dear space. Blessed are the pure in heart, for they shall see God. Matthew 5:8. A memorial service for Ann will be held at Heritage Funeral Home on Wednesday February 11, 2015 at 2 pm.
