Antonio DelRiccio Obituary Antonio Pompeo DelRiccio (Tony), age 75, passed away on April 14, 2022. Tony was born on June 18, 1946 to Mario and Maria Gabriella DelRiccio in Cantalupo Nel Sannio, Italy. The family immigrated to America in 1948 settling in Spokane, Washington. Tony served in the US Navy from 1968 to 1973, earning the Navy Achievement Medal for his service during the Vietnam War. After his time in the military, he graduated from Eastern Washington University earning a Bachelor's of Arts Degree in Education. Tony started his career teaching at Aloha High School in Oregon before returning to Spokane. In 1979 he married Maria Erickson and they went on to have three children. From 1981 until his retirement in 2009 Tony worked at Deaconess Medical Center as a biomedical engineer. In his retirement, Tony enjoyed spending time with his family, collecting unusual watches, woodworking, tinkering on cars, and expanding his knowledge on World War II history. He is survived by his son Christopher (Jennifer), grandchildren Vincent and Cecilia; son Alexander (Hailey); daughter Anna Corkery (Case); brother Robert (Rusan), and nephew Matthew (Keirstan).
