Ardeth Coryn Morris

With faith in God's promise of eternal life, Ardeth Coryn Morris (Hereim), of Nine Mile Falls WA, peacefully went to Heaven to be with Jesus on September 25, 2026.
Born January 6, 1933, in Bozeman Montana, to Christen Norman Hereim and Genora Belinda Tollefsrud she was raised by her mother and had two older sisters; Nora Jean and Eleda Mae (Johnson).
Ardeth graduated from Highland High school in Cowiche WA, where she met Bob and married him on April 7, 1951. In high school, she was a part of an octet singing group that produced a record. She had a scholarship to Pacific Lutheran University for teaching but felt called to be a homemaker and to support Bob in his coaching and teaching career.

Together they raised, wrangled, and nurtured their 5 children under the guidance and love of God; Ann Nichols (Ted), Steve Morris (Laura), Lisa Guffin (Dave), Michael Morris (Kathy), and Jim Morris (Troi). After their nest was empty she and Bob enjoyed 45 years of traveling to Chilko Lake; fishing and exploring Canada.
She was a woman of many talents, kindness, and reflected Jesus' love every day. Ardeth was an active member in her church, Bible Study Fellowship, Campfire Girls, and the heart of their home. She took profound pride and joy in her many grandchildren and great grandchildren. Her family is rejoicing for her work on earth is complete. She's now dancing in Heaven with her Savior, beloved Husband, Mother, and Sisters.
