Arthur Charles Carrier Obituary (Age 86) Passed away March 16, 2016 in Spokane. Arthur was born in Spokane on October 4, 1929 to David and Anna Carrier and remained a lifetime resident. He graduated from Lewis and Clark High School. Arthur joined the US Army and served in the Korean War. Afterwards, he worked as a sales manager for Troy Laundry and Alsco Linen. Arthur was an avid gardener, expert fisherman, and loved spending time with his grandchildren. He served in many civic organizations such as president of PTA, commissioner in the Boy Scouts of America, and an officer of many garden clubs. He is survived by his wife of 56 years Violet, son Andrew (Marie) Carrier, daughter Andrea (Scott) Foster, grandchildren Matthew (Allie) Carrier, Rachel Carrier, Amanda Foster, Brandon Foster, and great-grandchildren Calla and Camille Carrier. He is preceded in death by sisters Rose, Jennie, and Helen and brother David ?Baldy?. Interment took place Friday, March 18, 2016 at Greenwood Memorial Terrace.
