Bailey Roach Obituary
Bailey Roach lost his life in a tragic accident in North Spokane on June 18, 2016. Bailey lived his life to the fullest and enjoyed many outdoor activities. As a youth he was a sponsored Super Cross rider along with his brother Dakotah which between the two boys won many awards and trophies during their time in Super Cross Racing. Bailey enjoyed riding BMX with his brother and friends while growing up as well as spending time with his twin sister Kiaunah teaching her how to ride a motorcycle, drive a manual car or just hanging out listening to country music. "OLE Blue" was a 77 Chevy Pick Up that Bailey enjoyed spending quality time with his dad Bob learning how to restore and fix cars. Bailey also enjoyed quality time with his "MA" Kaye having heart to heart talks about life and who he wanted to be when he grew up. Bailey was an independent, free spirited individual who just wanted to enjoy life by caring for everyone around him while embracing the confidence that he could make a positive change in the world by making you laugh with his witty personality. Bailey and his family enjoyed the yearly family vacations on the coast. It was a great time for all of the cousins, and family to get together either on the coast or camping in the mountains of Washington. Bailey also enjoyed going in the RV with grandma and grandpa for summer adventures all over. This was also a highlight of his summers with Taigen and his family. At the time of Bailey's death one of his favorite things to do in the summer was to attend the Mud Bogs in Valley, WA. He also enjoyed snowboarding during the winter at Schweitzer ski resort, and also Mt. Spokane. Bailey enjoyed anything that would give him an adrenaline rush. It has to be said that Bailey and Taigen were the best of friends since they were three. They did everything together, even having their own language and actions. People who knew them knew that if one of them was present, the other one wasn't far away. Bailey was preceded in death by his grandmother Sandra K. Topp who was also killed by a drunk driver in Idaho. Bailey is survived by his mother Kaye Topp of Spokane; father Bob Roach of Spokane Valley; brother Dakotah Roach, and Bailey's twin sister Kiaunah Roach both from Spokane. He is also survived by many grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins. Baileys Service was held at Mt. Spokane High School on June 23rd, 2016. The family would like to thank the Spokane community for the tremendous outpouring of support during this difficult time. Bailey's wishes would have been for the community to continue to pray for his best friend Taigen Balbi who is still battling his injuries in the hospital from this accident.
