Barbara Bigby Obituary In Loving Memory Barbara Jean Bigby will be sadly missed by so many. She passed away on December 1, 2021, at Cheney Care Center Born June 8, 1941., on the reservation in Harlem, Montana. Barb�s Father Calvin was full blood Assiniboine Sioux. Her Mother Cora was Assiniboine Sioux/Nez Perce. Barb was a loving hardworking mother of 6 children, Cora, Cheryl, Joseph, Thane, Shane & David. Sadly, and with great pain 5 of her children preceded her in death. Survived by her son David Sandoval. She has 16 Grandchildren, 39 Great Grandchildren, and 7 Great - Great Grandchildren. She came to Spokane in 1987 however Montana was always home. Barb loved to travel, enjoyed close friends and her little dog piper, she took him everywhere she went. Her Real Joy was being one of Jehovah�s witnesses for over 60 years, she loved teaching her grandchildren Bible truths and sharing the scriptures with all she met. With the loss of her 5 children, she found comfort in her detailed study of the Bible teaching Jehovah God�s promise of the resurrection Revelation 21: 4 �And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away.� Family meant so much to Barb. David was at her side the night before she passed away.
