Barbara I. "Bonnie" Beale Obituary (Age 73) Barbara passed away on January 19, 2017 at her home in Spokane, WA. She was born on August 26, 1943 in Sharon, PA to Chester and Irene O'Kresik. She grew up with and is survived by her twin sisters, Sharon and Stephanie. Barbara attended Sharpsville High School, where she practiced various musical instruments and graduated as a Valedictorian. She then went to nurses training, where she met Paul Beale. Paul and Barbara married in 1963 and lived most of their lives in Spokane. They later divorced but remained good friends. They had 3 children: Ken (Carol) Beale of Houston, Cathy (Kenny) Gibson of Spokane, and Alicia (Keith) Studley of Solana Beach. She had 4 grandsons Nick, Ryan, Connor, and Colby, and one granddaughter, Megan. Barbara graduated from Eastern Washington University where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree. She also worked at Hospice, read countless books, hunted garage sales for works of art, and made incredible meals for her family. Services will be held at the Heritage Funeral Home Chapel on Saturday, February 4, 2017, at 1 PM. She will be greatly missed.
