Bear Billy White Obituary Born already in the arms of angels on February 9, 2010 at Valley Hospital, 9.2 oz. and 21cm long. He lives on in the hearts of his family. He is survived by his parents Robert and Misty White and brother Jaden White of Spokane. Memorial Service will be held at 2:00PM Saturday, February 20th in Heritage Chapel.
