Bertha Wood Obituary (Age 85) Bertha was born April 11, 1927 in Alabama. On December 31, 2012 she peacefully went to rest and joined her beloved husband Woody. She was a twin, a devoted wife, mother and nurse. Her life was spent in Bermuda, Hawaii and Nine Mile, WA. She worked for Deaconess Hospital for 35 years. Bertha loved flowers, eating out and her home overlooking the lake. She was a true caregiver. Bertha is survived by her son Mike Wood, daughter Sandy Keyes; son-in-law Gary Keyes; grandchildren Stacey Wood, Carrie Zehm, Ryan Keyes and Kody Wood. She leaves behind in body but not soul, six fabulous great-grandchildren. A family service was held at Heritage Chapel on January 4, 2013.
