Bettie Montoya Obituary (Age 89) Bettie Montoya, a resident of Spokane for over 40 years, passed away peacefully October 18, 2018 surrounded by her family. She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 64 years, Mike Montoya. Bettie?s love of family supported generations of activities, sports, and many fantastic meals. She enjoyed cooking, music and dancing, and was an avid fan of the Cougs and Zags. This loving Mother, Grandmother and Great-Grandmother is survived by her son, Mike Montoya of Spokane, WA and daughter, Cindy Furse of Bothell, WA; six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. She will be missed by all and forever held close in our hearts. The family plans a future memorial service in her name.
