Betty Jane Piper Obituary (Age 92)Betty left us to with the Lord, her husband, son, and daughter on Friday, April 18, 2014 in Spokane, WA. She was born in Spokane on October 22, 1921 to Frank and Lillian L (McBride) Hewitt. She attended Rogers High School and lived her entire life in Spokane. Betty was married on September 15, 1945 to Carl Piper in Newport, WA. After marriage, Betty was a homemaker. Betty loved caring for her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She also loved to take care of her animals, garden, and flowers. Betty is survived by her son Crima Piper, grandchildren Shelly, Dale, Krissy, Crim, Crystal, David, and Angela as well as many great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her son Douglas Dale Piper, daughter Deborah Sue Piper and husband Carl Dale Piper. There will be a celebration of her life at her home on May 31, 2014.
