Beulah Verona George Obituary (Age 102) Passed away on February 18, 2010 in Spokane, WA. She was born on November 29, 1907 in Washburn, ND to Walter and Susan (Stevens) Jertson. She was a graduate of Minot State Teachers College and taught grade school in North Dakota, Tacoma, WA and Odessa, WA. She worked at the Seattle World's Fair in 1962 and was a docent of the Seattle Art Museum. Beulah was a member of Steel Lake Presbyterian Church, Federal Way, WA and Daughters of the Nile. She was preceded in death by husbands Raymond Geissler, Odessa, WA and Al George, Seattle, WA and by her brother James and her sister Ione. Beulah is survived by niece Susan Henderson, Sacramento, CA; nephew James Jertson, Scottsdale, AZ; six great-nieces and nephews; six great-great-nieces and nephews; and numerous cousins. No local services will be held.
