Beverly Jean Smith Obituary Beverly passed away on Monday, June 5, 2017 peacefully with her family beside her. She was the eldest of three daughters born to Harry and Carol Zier in Walla Walla, WA. Beverly attended and graduated from Wenatchee High School, and went on to get her Bachelors Degree at EWU in Education. She married Larry Earnest Smith and the two of them raised three children. A devoted wife and mother, Beverly taught school for many years at Medical Lake Elementary School. Those who knew her well, know that she was kind, caring, and always a lady. She loved to cook, garden, and spend time with her family. Her husband Larry passed away in 2014, but prior to his death the two enjoyed their much deserved retirement and traveled to many locations. Beverly was also a wonderful mother, sister, and friend to many. She is survived by her daughter Laurel and son Brad, sisters Pat Kuest and Sherry Ziegman, four grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, cousins, many nieces and nephews. A Memorial Service will be held at Heritage Funeral Home on June 10th at 3pm.
