Billye Ann Anderson Obituary Billye Ann Anderson October 06, 1934 � February 22, 2021 Billye Anderson, 86, passed away February 22, 2021 at Providence Holy Family Hospital. A Private Graveside service will be at the Peone Cemetery. A Memorial service will be Saturday, March 6th at 2:00pm at the Colbert Chapel, with Daren Friesen officiating. Billye was born to William E. and Hazel C. (Ledgerwood) Bourland in Tacoma, WA on October 6, 1934. She married Richard E. Anderson on February 16, 1963 in Seattle, WA and later that year the couple moved to the Spokane area. Billye and Richard had a strong faith for the Lord; here Billye Co-Founded the Chapel Children�s Center at the Colbert Chapel in 1972. She enjoyed sharing her love with all the families and children she helped with the daycare and the church activities. Above all, Billye was a great mom, grandma, aunt, and she considered everyone her family. Billye is survived by her husband of 58 years, Richard, two sons, Mark (Lisa) Anderson, Eric (Karen) Anderson, daughter, Jill (Deanne), sister-in-law, Merilyn Bourland, five grandchildren; Jeremy (Ashley), Cole (Joslynn), Wyatt (Rachael), Alister, and Angus, one great-grandchild, Kai Anderson, and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, daughter, Keri L. Anderson, and her brother, Fredrick Bourland.
