Bryan Lewis Nye Obituary Bryan passed away peacefully on March 26, 2017. He was born February 19, 1943 to Mary and Joe Nye in Spokane. He graduated from Shadle Park High School in 1961. He then attended college in Yakima before joining the army in 1963. Upon his return to Spokane, he was employed for many years as a counselor for the Fairmount Memorial Associations various cemeteries. Bryan also worked in sales at Becker Buick for several years. He was most recently employed with Enterprise Car Rentals, truly the job he loved the most. Bryan was a strong personality with a huge, loving heart, and believed that a stranger was only a friend that he had not yet met. Being an Eagles member, he loved playing poker with his fellow Eagles friends, and his great love of music and singing karaoke was definitely his happy place. Bryan is survived by his loving wife Willie, brothers Joel and Dick (Karen), sons Troy (Cindy) and Todd, daughters Jenny and Jody (Aaron) and numerous grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. He also loved his extended family, Rick Kline (Tara), Ryan Kline and Shelly Peterson, Tanja Palaita and Kendal and Kacen Peterson. At Bryans request, no services will be held. There will be a Celebration of Life potluck at the Spokane Valley Eagles Lodge, 16801 E Sprague Ave., Spokane Valley, WA 99037 on Sunday, April 23, 2017 at 2:00PM.
