Candice Kaye "Candy" Chambers Obituary CHAMBERS, Candice Kaye "Candy" (Age 58) Went to be with the Lord February 11, 2014.. She was born to Keith J. and Mary A. Wagner on March 21, 1955 in Browning, MT. She attended grade school in Spokane, elementary and high school in Hood River, OR. While in Oregon Candy worked for the US Forest Service and the State of Oregon Dept. of Transportation. Candy was married to Timothy R. Chambers of Parkdale, OR for 16 years before returning to Spokane in 2000. She is survived by her mother Mary; her siblings Ronald Adams Wagner, Russel Owen Wagner and Gail Lorraine Wagner. She was preceded in death by her father Keith (Bob) Wagner just this past November. Candy was a loving, kind and compassionate person who accepted all and was loved by all. She will be forever in our memories. A Memorial Service will be held at 3PM Friday, June 27, 2014 at Heritage Funeral Chapel.
