January 13, 1951 - October 14, 2024

Carl was born to Robert (Bob) and Violet Alexander on January 13, 1951, in Payette, Idaho and passed on October 14 at the age of 73. Carl at 21 years old officially took the name of his adopted father, Alf (Al) Thorsheim becoming Carl Thorsheim. He grew up with four brothers, Hubert, Richard, Albert (Butch), Ken, and one sister, Ruby.

In 1974, Carl met Rozanne while working as a cook at the Golden Hour (now called Percy’s) in Spokane, Washington. They welcomed their first child Carl Jr. on December 28, 1977, followed by Robert on May 16, 1979. Carl’s first grandchild Chloe was born on May 7, 2010, and his second grandchild Chase, on July 18, 2013.

Carl spoke fondly of growing up in Fruitland, Idaho and of getting into trouble with his siblings. He had a great sense of humor and enjoyed woodworking, fishing, and panning for gold.

Carl is survived by his siblings, Hubert, Albert and Ruby, his sons Carl Jr. and Robert, and his grandchildren Chloe and Chase. Along with many nieces and nephews.

Carl, you will be missed, and we look forward to seeing you again with our Heavenly Father.
