Carlos Anthony Hughes, Jr. Obituary (Age 22) Passed away February 26, 2017 at home. He was born in Spokane to Carlos Hughes, Sr. and Candida M. Rondeau. He was raised in Spokane his whole life and attended Whitman, Shaw, Rogers and Shadle Park High Schools. He has a large family. Viewing will be Thursday, March 9th, 10AM-5PM at Heritage Funeral Home followed by a Funeral Service at 1PM Friday, March 10, 2017 at Heritage Funeral Chapel.
