Carol Ann Holman

Carol Ann Holman Obituary (Age 74) Passed away unexpectedly at home in Spokane on December 21, 2014. She was born on September 29, 1940 in Huntington Park, CA to Louis M. and Elizabeth (Pichaske) Schaefer. She graduated from Pius X Catholic School Class of '58 in Downey, CA. She then worked as a stewardess for American Airlines. She was married for 24 years to the late Dennis Holman and they made their home in Port Angeles, WA. She later relocated to California and back to Spokane. Carol adored her family and spent most of her days taking care of her children and then grandchildren. She will be missed and will live on in the hearts of all of those who loved her dearly. She was a member of St. Charles Catholic Church in Spokane. Carol is survived by a son Kevin (Jill) Holman of Hood River, OR; daughter Leslie (Jared) DePue of Spokane; grandchildren Blair, Brooklyn and Brynne Holman of Hood River, OR, Aidan and Gavin DePue of Spokane; sisters Jan Engle, Betty Blackwell and Susan Walker; several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother Michael Schaefer. A Celebration of Carol's life will be held at a later date.
