Carolyn Joyce Tyler Obituary (Age 80) Carolyn Joyce Tyler passed away peacefully at her home on Saturday November 3, 2018 succumbing to Alzheimer?s after battling for several years. Carolyn was born on September 2, 1938 in Nampa, Idaho to Fred and Lilah Carpenter. Carolyn is survived by her husband Donald R. Tyler Jr. of 58 years. They were married on August 18, 1960 in Spokane, Washington. Thru their life together they celebrated 4 children; Sandy, Debbie, Kathy and David, 5 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. Carolyn was a successful Avon representative for many years before owning Garland Cycle bicycle shop from 1980-2001. Carolyn and her husband Don shared a love for square dancing, traveling the country in their motorhome and she had a special fondness for the ocean and lighthouses. Family and friends are invited to attend the funeral service which will be held on Tuesday November 13th at 11:00 a.m. at Heritage Funeral Home located at 508 N.
