Charles "Frank" Webster Obituary (Age 85) Passed away January 26, 2013 in Spokane. He was born on January 3, 1928 in Meeteetse, Wyoming to Con and Arlene Webster. He recently celebrated 60 years of marriage to the love of his life, Eleanor. Frank is survived by his wife; a brother Gerald Webster; his daughters Diana and Ron West, Debra Webster and Dave Schultz; grandkids Erick (Katie), Adam (Allison, Kasey and Makenzie) and four great-granddaughters. Frank was a successful business owner and operator of The Office Tavern for 30 years. He enjoyed golfing, traveling, walking his dog, summers at the lake and spending time with his family and friends. His great sense of humor and ability to make friends with anyone will be greatly missed. Funeral Service 1PM Saturday February 2, 2013 at Heritage Chapel. Memorial contributions may be made to the Spokane Humane Society, 6607 N. Havana, Spokane 99217 or SCRAPS, 2521 N. Flora Rd. Spokane Valley 99216.
