Charlie Nelson Obituary (Age 86) Charlie ?Bubba? was born October 23, 1928 to John and Martha Nelson in Arcadia, LA. He passed away April 19, 2015 in Spokane. He and his late wife of over 50 years, Elzria raised a beautiful family. Together they were great providers. Family was their heart and soul. Bubba worked most of his life in the plumbing industry. Fishing, playing dominoes and going to the casino were his favorite pleasures. Charlie was preceded in death by his son Eddie Rae, daughter Peggy, and wife Elzria. Left to mourn are his son Bobby Ashley of Spokane, daughter Angenette Smith-Peynado of Springfield, MA, son David Nelson, along with several nieces, nephews, grandkids and great-grandkids. Viewing will be held from 10:00am to 5:00pm on Wednesday, April 22nd at Heritage Funeral Home. A Graveside Service will be held Thursday, April 23, 2015 at 2:00pm at Riverside Memorial Park with Pastor Happy Watkins officiating.
