Charlotte L. Strong Obituary (Age 86) Charlotte passed away on April 3, 2016 in Spokane, WA. She was born on May 24, 1929 in Spokane, WA to parents Joseph and Lillian Strong. She spent the last 11 years at St Joseph Care Center and joined every activity she could. You never saw Charlotte without a smile on her face. The last years were the happiest years of her life. Just three weeks before she passed, Charlotte spent her time making soap. She was dearly loved and will be deeply missed. Charlotte?s final resting place will be at Riverside Memorial Park in Spokane, WA.
