Clay E. Ensminger Obituary (Age 82) Passed away June 21, 2010. He was born September 29, 1927 in Kettle Falls, WA to Clay B. and Rita (Bowen) Ensminger. He was preceded in death by his parents; sisters Francis Sheldon and Ila Lemon; wife of 58 years Belle Ensminger in 2008. He is survived by his brothers Jack Ensminger of Spokane and Robert Ensminger of Harkers Island, NC; numerous nieces and nephews. Clay served in the U.S. Navy as a Yeoman 3rd Class during WWII and was called back for the Korean Conflict. He worked as a clerk for Burlington Northern Railroad for many years. He is a lifetime member of VFW Post 1474, DAV #30 and Eagles Aerie #2. Funeral Service 11:00AM Thursday June 24, 2010 at Heritage Chapel. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to VFW Post 1474, 2902 E. Diamond Ave. Spokane 99217.
