Clayton D. Lee, age 91, of Spokane, Washington, passed away on May 29, 2025.
Born to the late Elmer Murl Lee and Hattie Evelin Lee (Hamilton). During his lifetime, Clayton proudly served in the U.S. Army in Germany during the Korean War. Following his military service, he devoted 21 years to ministry as an ordained minister in the Pentecostal Church of God.
Clayton found great joy in the simple pleasures of life. He and his beloved wife, Ruth, shared a passion for travel and camping, creating many cherished memories together. He also had a lifelong love of fishing.
Clayton is survived by his devoted wife of 44 years, Ruth A. Lee.
Clayton was preceded in death by his son from a previous marriage, Brian Eugene Lee, and his brother, Marvin Lee.
A visitation will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Wednesday, June 18, 2025, at Heritage Funeral & Cremation, 508 N. Government Way, Spokane, WA 99224. A graveside service will follow at 12:30 p.m. at Riverside Memorial Park.







I had the pleasure of continually getting to know Clayton over the past 32 yrs, and I say continually getting to know him, because the longer you knew him, the more he shared about who he was and what he loved. Clayton was my father-in-law.
He was a God fearing man, who loved Ruth. He loved fishing and could tell you the best places to fish and/or have a picnic. He loved to tell the story of how he took Alex fishing to one of his special fishing holes.
