Connie was born February 18, 1944 in Miami, OK to Earl John and Lela Jewell (Rodgers)Tillerson. She was attending school in Picher, OK when she met the love of her life, Larry Millard. They were married on May 21, 1959 at Union Church in Picher, OK. Connie and Larry moved to Milan, NM where they started their family. They had three children. In 1978 the Millard?s moved to Tum Tum, WA and built a home. Tum Tum was always home for Connie. In 1986 Connie and Larry moved to Montana where she worked different jobs to stay busy. She loved to do many different crafts, sewing, crocheting, wood working, and ceramics. She tried it all and was incredibly talented. In 1999 Connie moved back to Tum Tum, to prepare for Larry to retire. She worked at both Manor Care and Regency Nursing homes for many years until she retired in 2009.
