Connie Jo Millard Obituary Connie Jo Millard went to be with our Lord on May 9, 2018. Connie fought back from a brain aneurysm in July 2017 but succumbed to a stroke in May. Connie was born February 18, 1944 in Miami, OK to Earl John and Lela Jewell (Rodgers)Tillerson. She was attending school in Picher, OK when she met the love of her life, Larry Millard. They were married on May 21, 1959 at Union Church in Picher, OK. Connie and Larry moved to Milan, NM where they started their family. They had three children. In 1978 the Millard?s moved to Tum Tum, WA and built a home. Tum Tum was always home for Connie. In 1986 Connie and Larry moved to Montana where she worked different jobs to stay busy. She loved to do many different crafts, sewing, crocheting, wood working, and ceramics. She tried it all and was incredibly talented. In 1999 Connie moved back to Tum Tum, to prepare for Larry to retire. She worked at both Manor Care and Regency Nursing homes for many years until she retired in 2009. After retiring, Connie enjoyed time with her family especially her great-grandchildren. Being wife, mom, grandma, and Ooie were the greatest joys of her life. Connie is survived by her loving husband of 59 years, Larry; son, Brian (Rhonda) Millard; daughter, Brenda (Roger) Collinsworth; daughter-in-law, Celeste Lewis; grandchildren, Alicia (Kraig) Adamson, Eric Millard, Jon (Lacey) Millard; great-grandchildren, Breanna Millard, Jayden Adamson, and Paisley Millard; and six bonus grandkids and their spouses and twelve bonus great-grandchildren. Connie is survived by many other family and friends. Connie is preceded in death by her son, Jon Millard; her mother, her father, two sisters, one brother and two of her brothers-in-law. A celebration of life will be June 2, 2018 1:00pm at Suncrest Family Worship Center 6048 WA-291, Nine Mile Falls, WA 99026, with a reception to follow at Brian and Rhonda?s home.
