January 21, 1953 - July 21, 2015

Curtis Ray Stinson Obituary (Age 62) On July 21, 2015 our beloved brother Curtis Ray Stinson went home to be with his Lord and Savior ?Jesus? (Curtis? last spoken word on this earth) from bone cancer, his brother Cliff at his side. Curtis was born January 21, 1953 to Alvin and Ella Stinson in Modesto, CA. He was number three of six children. Curtis was single, no children of his own, but loved his nieces and nephews like they were his. He was always especially close to his mother and niece Shannon who helped care for him in his time of need. Curtis traveled a lot and lived many places in his life and had many different kinds of jobs. He made friends easily wherever he went with his easy nature, fun loving spirit and good humor and willingness to help others. Curtis had an artistic side and was an accomplished woodworker but could do and fix just about anything. Curtis loved country music, working with his hands, a cold beer, a good joke and being around family and friends especially his life-long best buddy Lonnie House. Curtis was preceded in death by his father, mother, brothers Big Don and Gordon. He is survived by his brother Cliff, sisters Carol (Craig), Lorie (Mike) and numerous nieces and nephews. Curtis you are loved and you will be missed till we meet again. God Speed, Your Loving Family.
