Damien Lamont Stewart Obituary (Age 33) Funeral Services will be held at 2:00pm Tuesday, February 3, 2015 at Heritage Funeral Chapel with Pastor Happy Watkins officiating. Damien passed away on Friday, January 23, 2015. Visitation will be from 2:00 - 5:00pm on Monday, February 2, 2015 at Heritage. Damien was born May 1, 1981 to Calvin and Rose Marie Stewart in Great Falls, Montana. He resided in Great Falls, Montana; Biloxi, Mississippi; and Soesterberg, The Netherlands before moving to Spokane. He went to Gary Middle School and Rogers High School. He worked at several moving companies, retail stores and restaurants. He also learned masonry in the Job Corps. He loved to fish, his favorite spot was at Clear Lake. He also loved to write song lyrics. He loved to help people. Throughout his life he always looked for opportunities to help friends, neighbors and even strangers he encountered. He had a big heart and was a kind, funny and loving person who was loved deeply by his family and friends and who will live forever in our hearts. He is survived by his parents; grandmother - Emma Jean Stewart of Roswell, New Mexico; brother - Tyrone Bennett of Texas; sister - Shontae R. Williams of Dallas, Texas; brother - Quincy Williams and his wife Sara of Spokane; 10 uncles and aunts; four nephews; one niece and many cousins.
