Daniel F. DeMulling, II Obituary (Age 69) Daniel Dan the Man DeMulling, II passed away at his home October 12, 2017 surround by his family. He has been punching cancer in the face for over 3 years and stayed as long as he could. Dan was born June 16, 1948 in River Falls, WI to Dan and Clara Mae DeMulling, both deceased. His older sister Sue passed away in 2013, survived by her husband Jim Whiteaker. Sister Patti DeMulling lives in Spokane, WA. Dan joined the US Air Force and traveled extensively. Dan married the beautiful Sandi Wendlandt in 1973. They were stationed at McCord, AFB for the remainder of Dans 20 years of service. Together they raised three children, Dan III, Michelle and Rick. In 1989 Dan and Sandi moved their family to Cheney, WA. Dan found work as a Correctional Officer at the Spokane County Jail. He retired from the jail in 2012. Family was the most important thing in Dans life, followed (closely) by golf and friends. The families of his children held an extra special place in his heart. Dan III married Christy Parker and has two children, Taylor and Brayden. Michelle has one daughter, Lilyana, with ManFriend TJ Mosqueda. Rick married Danielle Podmore and has three children, Corinth, Jeremiah and Grace.
